When am I charged?
When you choose a plan: checkout comes first, and your account opens as soon as it completes, so you can start your first piece the same minute.
How does the monthly allowance work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance that covers research, drafting, the fact check and editing passes, and you see what a piece costs before it is written. The allowance resets each billing month, and you can add more from your billing page whenever you need it.
What is the difference between Better and Best?
Both tiers research the piece and run the same fact check, while Best adds a senior line editor, led by our strongest model, and a second editor who reads the finished piece cold and fixes what matters; it comes with Studio and Agency.
Can Ghosts work on a draft I wrote somewhere else?
Yes: paste it in or import it from a link, and choose whose voice the edits keep. The fact check runs first and finds sources for the draft's own claims, then the Humanizer, Tighten, Plain English and a final editor pass polish it, and every pass is a proposal you apply or discard.
Can I write a book?
Yes: books are written chapter by chapter on Better, by a writer trained on your own samples. Nonfiction chapters are researched and fact-checked against their sources, every chapter remembers what came before, and the manuscript exports to Word and EPUB.
Can my client see the fact check?
Yes. From the draft, make a private link to its fact-check report, which your client opens without an account; you can add a "Prepared for" line, revoke the link whenever you like, and it closes by itself after 90 days. The report also goes out with your exports.
Is a plan for one person or a team?
Individual and Studio are one seat each: one person signs in and writes. For a team, Agency gives you as many seats as you need, with seats and pricing set for your team.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: Individual is $319 a year and Studio $869 a year, one month free against paying monthly. Choose yearly when you sign up.
What does Agency cost?
We quote Agency plans for your team, based on the seats you need and a workspace for every client.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When you cancel from your billing page, the plan runs through the end of the current period, and your content stays yours and remains exportable.
